To use the member services of VoicoverAI (referred to as: this software) (referred to as: this service), you should read and abide by the "Member Service Agreement" (referred to as: this agreement). Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as separate agreements for opening or using a certain service, and choose to accept or not accept. Clauses that exempt or limit liability may be highlighted in bold to draw your attention.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use this service. Any purchase or acceptance of gifts or other acts of obtaining this service, as well as any acts of use such as logging in and viewing, shall be deemed as you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement in the company of your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
I. [Scope of the Agreement]

This agreement is an agreement concluded between you and VoicoverAI regarding your use of this service.
1.2 [Content of This Service]
The content of this agreement also includes relevant agreements and business rules that VoicoverAI may continuously publish regarding this service. Once the above content is officially published, it shall be an inseparable part of this agreement, and you shall also abide by it.
II. [About This Service]
VoicoverAI value-added member service refers to a service where users can enjoy privileges in VoicoverAI products, games, life, etc., provided by VoicoverAI or a third party, after paying a certain service fee according to the method specified by VoicoverAI, hereinafter referred to as: this service.
The specific content of this service is provided by the software according to the actual situation, including but not limited to authorizing users to log in through their accounts, online games, chat, social platform sharing, top-up, choosing or giving up mailing physical objects, using points for consumption, etc. The software may change the services it provides, and the content of the services provided by the software may change at any time; users will receive notification from the software about service changes.
III. Rights and Obligations
3.1 [Service Activation]
You should activate this service through the official channels provided by VoicoverAI.
You shall not activate this service for yourself or others through any of the following methods:
(1) Activating this service for yourself or others for the purpose of profit, operation, or other non-personal use;
(2) Activating this service for yourself or others through any program or software such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, or screen刷软件;
(3) Activating this service for yourself or others through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith;
(4) Activating this service for yourself or others through means not designated by VoicoverAI;
(5) Activating this service for yourself or others in a manner that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of VoicoverAI or others;
(6) Activating this service for yourself or others through other means that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.
3.2 [Code of Conduct]
3.2.1 [Five Prohibitions]
You shall not use this service to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to:
(1) Publishing, transmitting, distributing, or storing content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, or is insulting, defamatory, obscene, or violent;
(2) Publishing, transmitting, distributing, or storing content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Publishing, transmitting, or distributing advertising information and spam;
(5) Engaging in other acts that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, etc.
3.2.2 [Prohibited User Behavior]
This service is for your personal use only, and you shall not engage in the following behaviors without the written permission of VoicoverAI:
(1) Collecting usernames, email addresses, and other relevant information of other users of this service through any means, and interfering with or harassing other users by sending spam, chain emails, spam messages, instant messages, etc.;
(2) Publishing information containing advertisements, promotions, or marketing content through this service;
(3) Sub-licensing this service to others;
(4) Other acts without the written permission of VoicoverAI.
3.2.3 [Responsible for Own Actions]
You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your account, including but not limited to any actions you take using VoicoverAI services and any consequences arising therefrom. You should independently judge the content in this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content.
3.3 [Change, Suspension, or Termination of Services]
You fully understand and agree that due to the special nature of internet services, VoicoverAI may, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, agreements between both parties, or when otherwise necessary, suspend or terminate the provision of this service to you. In such cases, VoicoverAI will protect your legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
IV. [Liability for Breach of Contract]
4.1 If VoicoverAI discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated any term of this agreement, VoicoverAI has the right to independently judge and take technical means to delete, block, or disconnect the relevant information in accordance with the law. At the same time, VoicoverAI has the right, depending on the nature of your behavior, to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service, suspending or terminating your use of VoicoverAI, pursuing your legal liability, etc. VoicoverAI also does not need to refund any fees to you, and any losses caused to you as a result (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of relevant data, unused service fees being owned by VoicoverAI as liquidated damages, etc.) shall be borne by you. If VoicoverAI suffers losses, you shall also compensate for them.
4.2 [Handling of Third-Party Damages]
If you violate any term of this agreement and cause damage to any third party, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if VoicoverAI suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate for them.
V. Change, Suspension, and Termination of Services
5.1 Suspension or termination of this service includes the following situations:
User actively suspends or terminates, including but not limited to initiating a refund, not renewing upon expiration, etc.;
VoicoverAI suspends or terminates services due to the user's breach of contract;
VoicoverAI suspends or terminates services due to national or relevant departmental requirements or the occurrence of force majeure events;
Other situations where services should or need to be suspended or terminated according to laws and regulations or VoicoverAI company business adjustments, etc.;
5.2 After the service is suspended or terminated, VoicoverAI has the right but no obligation to ensure that you receive special tips or notifications. When you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can consult our online customer service.
5.3 Handling after suspension or termination:
5.3.1 Except for liabilities stipulated by law, VoicoverAI does not bear any responsibility to users and any third parties for the suspension or termination of this service;
5.3.2 Fees for executed services will not be refunded;
5.3.3 For ongoing platform transactions, VoicoverAI will reasonably judge whether to continue or terminate the relevant transactions based on the circumstances, and decide whether to refund or deduct relevant fees as liquidated damages depending on the situation;
5.4 If VoicoverAI changes the service content, service method, and the content of this agreement in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, if the member does not agree to the changes made by VoicoverAI, they have the right to choose to cancel and stop using all or part of the corresponding services already obtained; if the member continues to use the above services provided by VoicoverAI, it shall be deemed that the member has accepted the above adjustments made by VoicoverAI.
5.6 You agree that due to the special nature of internet services, VoicoverAI has the right, based on legitimate reasons, to modify, change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services, or change, delete, or transfer the content stored and published by users on VoicoverAI, collectively referred to as "change behavior". VoicoverAI reserves the right to take the aforementioned change actions without notifying you, and you agree that this service provided in accordance with any provision of these terms of service may be changed, interrupted, or terminated without prior notice. And you agree that VoicoverAI is not responsible for any losses caused to you or any third party due to the change behavior.
VI. [Other]
6.1 [Effectiveness of the Agreement]
Your use of this service is deemed as you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
6.2 [Applicable Law]
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
6.3 [Dispute Resolution]
If any dispute or controversy arises between you and VoicoverAI, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction where this agreement is signed.
6.4 [Clause Headings]
The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
6.5 [Clause Validity]
If any clause of this agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
